Media Credential Application
Welcome to the NFL Alumni Detroit media credentialing application. This system is for media covering any NFLA Detroit Event. You and/or
members of your organization will not be granted media access to the event unless you have submitted a request through this system and
have received a confirmation email stating you and/or the requested members of your organization have been approved.
Credentials are valid for one year. NFLA reserves the right to deny any media request and the right to revoke previously granted credentials
at any time.

Media Credential Registration Form
- All media requesting press passes to events must pre-register via email. There will be no walk-up on-site registrations.
- Media credential requests must be submitted via e-mail at least 10 days prior to the event.
- All credentials must be picked up at the designated media credentialing table. Proper photo identification is required.
- Credentials are reserved for working/assigned editorial staff of print, broadcast and online media. Credentialing requirements are listed below.
- Credentials will be awarded with priority based on previous year’s coverage as well as advance publicity and planned coverage of events.
Media Check-In
All credentialed media should check in at the designated media table at the main entrance of the events. Media kits may be provided.
Interviews
Requests for day-of- event interviews should be made prior to the event. Interviews are subject to approval and availability; it may not be possible to schedule interviews prior to or after the event.
Filming and Photography
All requests for videotaping and photography must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the event. Videotaping of an entire event must be authorized at least 30 days in advance. Participants reserve the right to approve/refuse videotaping during any event.
Panel Session Admission and Seating
All seating is first-come, first-serve. Media are encouraged to arrive early as seats are limited.
Media Access
Media are not permitted inside holding areas/green rooms, or other designated areas. Media coverage may also be restricted by time.
Media Room
A media room may be available for pre-arranged interviews in a quiet space and for other assignment-related purposes. However, no phone/fax/internet services will be provided. If you will require use of the media room, please contact us in advance so your request can be considered.
Media Parking/Remote Broadcasts/Satellite Trucks
Please contact use no less than 30 days prior to the event regarding live broadcasts/satellite vehicles. Space may be limited and parking strictly enforced. Media are responsible for their own parking. There will be no vehicles (e.g. sat trucks) or cabling permitted unless previously approved by NFLA Detroit.
